I provide online tutoring, workshops, and educational resources focused on GCSE English Language and Literature. All services are delivered with professional care, preparation, and subject expertise.

All lessons and workshops must be booked in advance.
Payment confirms a booking and secures the agreed lesson time.
Recurring lesson slots are reserved specifically for the student and may not be guaranteed if released or cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions secure a regular tutoring slot and ongoing access to tutoring support. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are not calculated on a per-lesson basis.

Any bookings secure ongoing tutoring time in the tutor’s timetable. As this time is reserved in advance, sessions that are missed or cancelled at short notice cannot usually be refunded.
Where sufficient notice is given, the tutor may offer alternative arrangements or lesson credit at their discretion.
Completed lessons are non-refundable.
Occasionally, sessions may be adjusted due to planned tutor availability. Where possible, notice will be provided in advance and alternative arrangements may be offered at the tutor’s discretion.

Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival by the student does not extend the lesson duration.
If a student does not attend within 10 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the lesson may be considered missed.
Tutoring sessions are planned as learning blocks and include time for explanation, practice, and recap. Where learning goals are met and no further questions remain, sessions may finish slightly earlier.
Tutoring time is not extended or carried over where a session concludes early.

Lesson content is planned based on the student’s needs, goals, and exam requirements.
I may provide a broad outline of focus areas for upcoming sessions where appropriate.
I do not provide detailed lesson plans in advance.
All lesson plans are subject to change based on student progress, engagement, and ongoing assessment.
From time to time, students may be asked to complete independent tasks to support lesson objectives. While brief verbal feedback can be given during lessons, formal marking or written feedback is offered as a separate service.

Tutoring sessions may be recorded for safeguarding and quality assurance purposes and are not shared with third parties.
Where recordings are made available (for example, as part of workshops), access will be provided for a limited period.
Recordings are for personal educational use and must not be downloaded, shared, or distributed without prior permission.
Recordings may be deleted after the access period and are not guaranteed to be available indefinitely.

Digital resources are provided for personal educational use only.
Resources must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once access has been provided.

I do not guarantee specific grades or exam results.
Academic outcomes depend on multiple factors, including attendance, effort, independent study, and assessment conditions.
My role is to support learning, skill development, and exam readiness to the best of my professional ability.

Communication is primarily via email or the agreed booking platform.
Queries will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe during working hours.

Tutoring is a professional service. I expect respectful communication at all times. I reserve the right to discontinue tuition if conduct becomes inappropriate or disrespectful.
